Koh Ngai Resort, Koh Ngai

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile to help. The location was perfect for snorkeling, right next to a stunning reef. However, the rooms were quite outdated and not well-maintained, which detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, the dining options were also underwhelming at times, with inconsistent food quality and high prices being a factor.

Our stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is wonderful with a private pier, and the garden area is lovely. However, the pool needs serious maintenance, and the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, while the staff were fantastic, the facilities and dining experience could use some improvements.
